Future - Zeborse( Equus Zuacidens)

The future animal of the Zebra is called Zeborse also known scientifically as the Equus Zuacidens. This species is larger then the normal zebra's by a lot evolving over a long period of time, around 3meters tall and 5meters long in length. The Zeborse weighs around 500kg which is approximately double the weigh of normal zebras. The Zeborse inherited the name because of the similarity of its looks to a zebra and a horse. In approximately 300million years later the zebra will evolve into the Zeborse, this is because of the distance the zebra travels every day causing its genes to evolve.

Habitat

The Zeborse differs from the Zebra since it has evolved a lot throughout the years, it no longer needs water to survive. The Zeborse has adapted the hot humid weather and now can live in both hot and cold environments. Its striped skin has grown into a fury coat and prevents it from coldness up to minus 30 degrees, it also can live in hot temperatures up to 50 degrees.

Since the Zeborse has evolved into a species that can adapt to both cold and hot weathers, it can be found in Africa and Antarctica. Global warming does not effect the Zeborse since it can live in any environment and the weakness of needing water to survive has evolved, now it is spotted everywhere over the world and has a large population.

Behavior Adaptations 1

The Zeborse has not only evolved in size and the weakness of needing water, it also turned into an aggressive meat hunting species. The zebra was always hunted by other predators, they adapted the aggressiveness to protect themselves and hunt others. It has now turned into a hunting machine which hunts anything that comes into view when the're hungry, they do not travel with any other animals and only stay alive by itself not trusting anything.

Behavior Adaptations 2

The way the Zeborse mates is also different from the zebra, they do not protect a group of females and mate with all of them. Instead the Zeborse doesn't protect the female since both sexes has evolved into a species that does not need protecting by allies, the way they mate is by elimination. If a female has more then one male that wants to mate with it, the males fight and see who wins and gets to mate with the female. This is a common and aggressive method to choose who gets to mate with the female.

Structural Adaptations 1

The Zeborse has grown more fur and the stripes has disappeared, the only thing left is a big sheet of white fur covering the under color skin. The Zeborse has grown horns to assist it in hunting and killing its prey for food, the fur protects it from the weather temperature changes and keeps it comfortable in any different kinds of weather.

Structural Adaptations 2

Unlike the normal zebra's the Zeborse has eight legs assisting it to travel longer distances faster and easier. Since the zebra has been travelling long distances everyday finding water, it slowly evolved into a species with eight legs making it run at an amazing speed. The Zeborse can also now stand on four legs and walk around like a human being, this has assisted them in travelling uphill and downhill and making the hunting easier. The ears has evolved into a very sharp hearing machine, they can hear sounds that are up to 200meters and can track the enemy and know their location.

Physiological Adaptations 1

The digestive system of the Zeborse has evolved into a storing place, the Zeborse can now store up to 1 week of food meaning that they can eat one big meal and survive for 1 week. The teethes of the Zeborse are now sharp and deadly weapons, not the blunt teethes for eating grass.
